Privacy Policy

This website is a product catalogue. It has no accounts, no cart and no analytics of its own; the only personal data at stake is what you send us by email or through a contact form.

The Short Version

  • ✓
This site is a catalogue for a manufacturing business. It has no visitor accounts, no shopping cart and no analytics of its own.
  • ✓
The data we hold about you is what you choose to send: your name, your company, your email, a phone number if you include one, and the parts, drawings and specifications you ask us to quote.
  • ✓
We use it to answer your inquiry, quote the parts and run the order — nothing else.
  • ✓
We do not sell it, and we do not forward your drawings to third parties.

1. What This Website Is

This website presents the hydraulic fittings, adapters and couplings we manufacture, with a technical description of each range, the thread standards we machine to, and the terms on which we sell. It is a business-to-business catalogue: there is no sign-up, no user area, no cart and no checkout here. Orders are agreed with the export desk by email and on paper, so the website itself never holds customer accounts or payment details.

The site runs on WordPress. Beyond the ordinary operation of WordPress core and the theme, it does not run analytics, advertising, profiling or tracking of its own, and we do not claim any third-party tracking here.

2. What You May Send Us

Everything below is voluntary. You decide how much you send, and we only ask for what a quotation or an order actually needs.

What you send Why we hold it
Name and company To address the reply and quote under your company details
Business email To send the quotation, the drawing confirmation and the shipping documents
Phone number, if you include one To reach you quickly when a thread tolerance or a packing point needs one conversation
Part numbers, quantities and drawings To confirm the standard, quote the price and manufacture the batch
Destination port or address To quote freight and arrange FOB or door-to-door delivery
Our correspondence with you To keep the commercial history of the order straight on both sides

We do not ask for payment card details through this website. Payment terms are agreed with the export desk and settled by the route written into the order documents.

3. How Correspondence Is Used And Kept

Your inquiry, our quotation and everything exchanged around an order are used to answer you, to price and produce the parts, and to keep the record of what was agreed. We keep correspondence for as long as it is needed to answer the inquiry and to serve the commercial relationship around the order.

We have deliberately not published a fixed retention period, because it depends on the order, the market and the documents a shipment generates. If you want a specific record removed, write to export@cythydraulics.com and we will remove everything we do not still need for the order in question.

4. Cookies And Session Data

This is an ordinary WordPress site. WordPress core and the theme may set functional cookies or session data that keep the site working — for example, remembering that a step of a form was completed. Those are not used to profile visitors or to build advertising audiences.

We run no advertising or analytics cookies of our own, we do not claim any third-party tracking on this site, and we do not build a profile of your visit. You can clear or block cookies in your browser settings at any time; all the catalogue content on this site stays readable without them.

5. Drawings And Specifications

Drawings, sample sketches, part lists and specifications you send are treated as confidential. We use them to review the thread tolerance, quote the part and manufacture the batch. We do not forward them to third parties, and we do not reuse them to build a public catalogue or to quote your parts to anyone else.

6. Your Choices

Write to export@cythydraulics.com and the export desk will tell you what we hold about you, correct it if it is wrong, or remove it. Tell us the company name or the email address you wrote from so that we can find the correspondence.

7. Children

This is a business-to-business catalogue and it is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

8. Changes To This Policy

This policy may be updated. The current version is the one published on this page, and it applies from the moment it is published; we have not put an effective date on it, because every revision replaces the text above rather than adding to it.

9. Contact

Questions about this policy, or about the data we hold, go to the export desk: export@cythydraulics.com. The first reply comes within 2 working hours.
