Where dimensions do not match the confirmed specification, or corrosion appears prematurely under the agreed operating conditions, we supply free replacement parts and carry the shipping cost. Raise it with the export desk and it is handled at batch level, not argued case by case.
If you already run your own freight forwarder, we load FOB. If this is your first import, we can quote the whole way to your door.

Custom orders leave the workshop in about 15 days. Door-to-door sea transit typically runs 30–45 days by destination.
Most Chinese factories only quote FOB. If you have never imported before, ask us for a DDP quote instead — it removes the part of the process you cannot control.
