Fittings Machined
To Your Drawing.
Non-standard sizes, threads, elbows, tees and adapters, machined on our own CNC lines in carbon steel, stainless steel or brass. Every batch leaves the workshop with trivalent zinc plating and the same 96-hour neutral salt spray standard as our standard range, packed for export.
Sizes, Threads, Shapes And Materials
Bring the port you are matching and the space you have around it. We machine non-standard across sizes and any model mix, in the thread standards your market already runs, with the sealing angle checked against your drawing before the first chip is cut.
- Non-standard sizes, any model mix inside one order
- Thread standards: JIC 37°, ORFS, DIN 2353 (24°), BSPP / BSPT, NPT, JIS 30°
- Shapes: hose ends, straight adapters, elbows 90° / 45°, tees, couplings
- Materials: carbon steel, stainless steel, brass
- Plating: trivalent zinc (Cr3+) on 100% of production, 96-hour neutral salt spray
- Packing: 2–3 m³ solid wooden export crates with thread caps and moisture barrier
$2,000 To Start, Any Model Mix
Most buyers begin with a trial order to check the thread, the surface and the packing before scaling up. The terms are the same on a first order and on a repeat.

From Drawing To Loaded Crate
Six steps, in the order they happen, from the first sketch to the crate.
Send The Drawing
A drawing, a sample sketch, a photo of the part you are replacing, or just the port and the dimensions you know.
Engineering Review
Our engineers check the thread tolerance, the sealing angle and the material against the port you are matching.
Quotation In 2 Working Hours
Price, lead time, packing and the shipping line come back in the first reply, with the thread standard written out.
Drawing Confirmation And Deposit
The drawing is confirmed in writing, then a 30% deposit starts production on the agreed model mix.
~15-Day Production
CNC turning and trivalent zinc plating run in our own workshop, with the 96-hour neutral salt spray standard on the batch.
Inspection And Shipment
The batch is checked against the confirmed drawing, crated, and shipped FOB Tianjin / Qingdao or door to door under DDP.
A Sketch And Six Lines Is Enough
You do not need a full engineering release to get a price. The list below is what a quotation is calculated from; anything you leave out, our engineers ask for in the first reply instead of guessing.
- ✓The drawing or a sketch
PDF, DWG, DXF, a photo of a printed sheet or a marked-up sample photo.
- ✓The main dimensions
Thread, sealing angle, overall length and the hex you need to turn with.
- ✓The thread standard you are matching
JIC 37°, ORFS, DIN 2353 (24°), BSPP / BSPT, NPT or JIS 30° — or the port you are screwing into.
- ✓Material and plating
Carbon steel, stainless steel or brass; trivalent zinc (Cr3+) with the 96-hour salt spray standard unless your drawing says otherwise.
- ✓Quantities and the destination
Pieces per model, plus the port or the address for a door-to-door quote.
Drawings and specifications are treated as confidential and are not forwarded to third parties.
Custom Work Is Quoted Per Drawing
There is no case-study gallery for custom fittings here, and we will not dress one up: a custom line is priced from the drawing, the material and the batch, so a published example would rarely match your part. What we can do is put you in touch with buyers in your market, and send the market-access certificates we hold, on request.
Send the drawing — we quote it within 2 working hours.
A sketch with the thread and the main dimensions is enough to start. Our engineers review the tolerance and come back with price, lead time, packing and the shipping line.
