If a Batch Does Not Match, We Replace It and Pay the Freight.
This is standing practice on every order, not a favour negotiated after a complaint. It is handled at batch level through the export desk, and it sits in the terms that travel with your shipment.
Free Replacement Parts, and the Freight, on Us
Where a batch does not match the confirmed specification — a dimension out of tolerance, a thread that will not gauge, or corrosion appearing prematurely under the agreed operating conditions — we remake those parts free of charge and we carry the freight on the replacement.
Not one or the other. Both.
It is raised at batch level. You do not have to argue part by part, and you do not have to prove that a whole shipment is bad to get one crate put right. Give the export desk the batch reference and it is handled as that batch.
If a Batch Does Not Match, We Replace It and Pay the Freight
Where dimensions do not match the confirmed specification, or corrosion appears prematurely under the agreed operating conditions, we supply free replacement parts and carry the shipping cost. Raise it with the export desk and it is handled at batch level, not argued case by case.
Three Steps, in This Order
Procedural, and the same for every buyer. Nothing here is promised on a stopwatch — only the order the work happens in.
Raise It at Batch Level
Tell the export desk the batch reference and the part numbers affected. A photo of the packing label and of the parts as they arrived is enough to open it.
Compare Against the Confirmed Specification
We put your photos or measurements next to the specification you confirmed before production: thread, dimensions, plating and sealing.
Replacement Parts, and the Freight
Where the batch does not match that specification, the replacement parts are made free of charge and we carry the freight on them.
What to Send With a Claim
What the Cover Applies To, and What It Does Not
In plain English, because a term nobody can read is not a term.
✓ Covered
- A batch that does not match the confirmed specification: thread, dimensions, plating or sealing outside what you confirmed before production.
- Premature corrosion under the agreed operating conditions: rust appearing on parts that match the specification and were run as agreed.
- Replacement parts at our cost: the affected parts are remade free of charge.
- Freight on the replacement: carried by us, at batch level, not negotiated part by part.
✗ Not Covered
- Consumption wear: the material a fitting loses to normal service is not a defect.
- Parts run outside the agreed operating conditions: pressure, temperature and fluid conditions are part of the specification for a reason.
- Fittings from another supplier, or from a batch we did not ship.
- A fixed month-count warranty: we do not publish one. What we do publish is the service cycle we build for — about 12 months on quality-grade parts, where low-grade parts typically fail at 6–7 months.
Parts must match the confirmed specification and be run within the operating conditions agreed for the order. The written terms travel with the order documents, so the version you hold is the version we work to.
The Cover in One Table
The same points on paper, so you can put them in front of your own buyer or your accounts department.

Send the batch reference, not the whole story
If a batch does not match, raise it with the export desk. The batch reference, the part numbers and one photo as received are enough to start — first reply within 2 working hours.
