No Trading Margin In the Price
You buy from the workshop that machines, plates and packs the parts, so the quotation has no intermediary layer added on top of production cost.
The company that answers your RFQ is the company that runs the CNC machines. A 5,000+ m² workshop, 50+ staff, trivalent zinc plating on 100% of production and a 96-hour neutral salt spray standard — all under one roof, with no trading margin between your order and the floor.
Column three describes general market practice among trading intermediaries. It is editorial commentary, not a description of, or a measurement taken from, any named supplier.
| What It Decides | Production Factory | Trading Intermediary (General Market Practice) |
|---|---|---|
| Who makes the part | The workshop that quotes you | A plant the buyer never sees or audits directly. |
| Capacity on the ground | 5,000+ m² workshop, 50+ staff, CNC machining | An office address; production capacity is not visible to the buyer. |
| Plating and corrosion control | Trivalent zinc (Cr3+) on 100% of production; 96-hour neutral salt spray | Coating specification relayed second-hand from a third-party plant. |
| Price build-up | Factory-direct — no trading-company margin | A margin added between your order and the plant that produces it. |
| Custom minimum | US$2,000, any model mix, no container requirement | Container-scale minimums that suit the plant's run size rather than your trial. |
| Lead time you can plan against | ~15 days after the drawing is confirmed | A date promised without control of the production line. |
| Technical answers | Sales engineers work from thread tolerances; first reply within 2 working hours | Your question is relayed to a plant and relayed back. |
| After-sales | Replacement parts and freight carried by us when a batch does not match the confirmed specification | Whatever the third party agrees to behind the scenes. |
| Freight | FOB Tianjin / Qingdao, or door-to-door DDP including freight, customs clearance and duties | Booking handed to a forwarder, with the buyer absorbing the customs work. |
Not slogans: a price structure, a coating standard and a written practice that apply to every order, trial or repeat.
You buy from the workshop that machines, plates and packs the parts, so the quotation has no intermediary layer added on top of production cost.
Trivalent zinc (Cr3+) plating runs on 100% of production and the coating is tested to 96 hours of neutral salt spray, so parts survive sea transit and warehouse storage.
Where a batch does not match the confirmed specification, we supply free replacement parts and carry the shipping cost. The practice is stated on the order documents, handled batch by batch.
There are no invented quotes on this page. Tell the export desk which country, equipment and part family you buy, and we point you to the reference closest to your market and application.
Fittings are a wear part, so buyers judge a supplier over shipment cycles rather than over the first sample. Two published numbers describe what happens after the trial: reorder behaviour from existing buyers, and the service cycle the parts run in the field.
Send your part numbers or drawing and price the trial at the US$2,000 minimum. Compare the fitment, coating and documentation with your current supplier.
