Standard models are picked from the workshop warehouse and packed for export as soon as the order and the destination port or address are confirmed. Anything that is not on the rack goes onto our own CNC lines, where a custom size or thread runs at about 15 days after the drawing is confirmed.
One order may mix part numbers and sizes — there is no container requirement, and the $2,000 minimum applies to custom production rather than to standard stock. Ask for the current count on a specific model and the export desk confirms what is on the rack for that part number in the first reply, within 2 working hours.
Threads are capped, the parts carry anti-rust protection and a moisture barrier, then everything is loaded into solid wooden export crates of 2–3 m³. Freight moves FOB Tianjin or Qingdao, or door to door under DDP with the freight, the customs clearance and the duties covered by us.
